Several week ago I had the great pleasure of visiting the Munin Sports US offices here in New York City. I'm excited to share their newest soccer rebound training equipment; Munin Sports' M-Station Talent and Academy. Rebuild Middletown: Visiting Home
This weekend, Cooper and I flew back to California to visit family and friends in Middletown. It was quite hard driving north from the airport, knowing that the place we once knew would be completely different. From the footage, pictures and stories we prepared ourselves for the worst. The trip was very emotional from the very start. As we pulled into town, the landscape was … [Read more...]
One Month Marathon Training
For the last 5 months Cooper has been on a pretty intense training program. I, on the other hand, spent the entire summer working long hours on my beloved 55 Chevy and basically ran about 3 miles in a 10 week period . When I got back from California I knew I had to get on a training program fast in order to prepare my body for these longer runs. There's no doubt that long … [Read more...]

Although developing young aspiring players give me thrill of playing, there is nothing like knocking the ball around, getting a sweat in and playing with quality players. Since … [Read more...]

Fathers Day
Like my great grandfather, grandfather, uncle and father, I find myself in a foreign land away from home on this special occasion thinking about life, family and friends in a familiar place. These men have made tremendous sacrifices in order for me to have the opportunities and experiences I am so privileged to have. They inspire me to stride further and reach higher. One day a … [Read more...]
1st Marathon + Run Beyond Borders: Running for a Cause
