So, I had a chance to catch up with Creator and Founder of Goal Shot, Aaron Siefker at the NSCAA convention last week and got some cool insight on this new innovative soccer device. We all know the importance of “finding the target” or “putting the ball on frame”. To coaches and players, this notion is imperative to goal scoring. All too often balls are struck off target, sent high or wide just shy of the slightest chance of reaching the back of the net. As Aaron explains, what started as a frustrating missing link in training, slowly turned into a rough sketch of a training device that soon became an over night hit for his players. GoalShot was born from this idea that areas in the goal that provided maximum scoring opportunities needed to identified. GoalShot allow players to maximize their goal scoring potential while targeting these areas. With GoalShot, focus, technique and composure players are off to a “finishing start”.
About the Company: “We are innovative company looking to change the way players approach and train in front of goal.”
About the Invention: “It was born out the frustration felt while coaching my college team. We were not getting enough focused and targeted repetition in front of goal. GOALSHOT was created to meet that need.”
Message form the Creator: The Goalshot idea was born directly from the frustration often felt in coaching and experiencing a difficulty in scoring goals. No matter what the level of play, you just can’t win if you don’t score! It was our goal to create a product that solved this problem and helped people score more. All other sports require you to visualize where the ball will go, but until now that has been a concept widely lost on the soccer world. Not any longer! Goalshot is a revolutionary training device for this very reason, it is all about visualizing success and achieving real results.
